Ep. 4 Nick Cabrera



             Singer/song writer Nick Cabrera (@nickbingbong) has established himself as top tier musician not only in the Boston area but is also making a name for himself in the New York City scene. Whether he's playing his regular gigs at the renowned Maestro's Ocean Club or writing consistently high quality original music, Nick's work ethic is unrelenting. His new EP, Fool's Gold, embodies not only his work ethic through the overall quality of the songs but with each track, Cabrera invites the listener in with honest lyrics and keeps them hooked with intuitive melodies. After one listen through Fool's Gold, Nick gives clear indication that he is only just beginning a long, fruitful career in the music industry. Ep. 3 Zerlina Devi


       
         Anyone who knows Zerlina Devi (@zerlinamusic) will agree that her sound on piano truly reflects her personality. With each note, the listener can hear the compassionate and insightful outlook she has towards people and life in general. Her latest album, entitled Inscape, is a culmination of her musical journey thus far spanning multiple genres. During our conversion, Zerlina talks about the move from her hometown of Bali, Indonesia to the United States to further her study in music, her switch from classical to jazz piano, her writing process, and much more.

Ep. 2 Nellie Fitzgerald



            Nellie Fitzgerald (@nelliefitzgeraldmusic) is an artist who exemplifies a true passion for music. Originally from San Francisco, where she honed her craft for years by street performing , Nellie has now lived in Boston and currently resides in New York City. Each of these cities has brought their ups and downs through which Nellie has persevered. In our conversation, we discuss her beginnings of street performances, her battle with vocal nodules while living in Boston, attending Berklee, her plans for the future, and much more. You can hear her latest release, "Natural Reflex", out now. Also, coming soon is her debut record, "The Blue Hour". She is joined by pianist Christopher Pegram. 









Ep. 1 - Aubrey Haddard




                 Through immense natural talent and an unparalleled work ethic, Hudson Valley, NY native Aubrey Haddard (@aub.had) has made a name for herself as one of the most prominent female vocalists in the Boston music scene. Backed by drummer Josh Strmic (@jstrmic) and bassist Charley Ruddell (@scooterjinx), she leads the Aubrey Haddard Trio. The chemistry the trio displays is undeniable shown through the instinctive honesty each of the three display in their performance. Aside from her original music, Aubrey commands the stage in multiple other bands, including The New Review (@the_new_review) and Breakfast For The Boys (@breakfastfortheboys), that tour regularly around the east coast. 

          Throughout the conversation we talk with Aubrey about DIY touring, different avenues of revenue as a musician, keeping up with social media, performing in multiple projects, and much more.
